CATEGORIES
PERFORMING AWARDS
Piano, Strings, Winds, Guitar, Harp, Percussion, Voice… as well as chamber groups, choirs, conductors, orchestras, or bands, and less common instruments. All of them are welcome to apply in the PERFORMING SECTION. Each individual category is divided in sub-categories, distributed for ages. From children to professional. Anyone can show their talent and rise to the STARS. Choose the categories where you fit in.

Best cover, best concept, best sound editing, best performer…

If you have recorded creative videos, you can also apply to Music and Stars Awards, in the “BEST VIDEO SECTION”.
Prizes are distributed in the following categories: Best video (for soloists, chamber, voice, choir, band…), best concept, best photography and best editing.

ONLINE COMPETITION
Submissions until 17th of June, 2024 (11:59PM PST)
Results announcement: 30th of June, 2024
All material to be judged should be available online (YouTube or similar).
According to the marks received by the jury contestants will be awarded:
Gold, Silver and Bronze Stars
Grand Prix “CROWN OF STARS” is reserved to the best in each category, despite the age. Apply now!
Judging system
Music and Stars offers different awards according to the marks received by each contestant in each category.
GRAND PRIX “CROWN OF STARS”:
9 crown of stars in PERFORMING SECTION.
2 crown of stars in “BEST CD” and “BEST VIDEO” sections.
Best of each category: minimum score: 95/100.
Gold Star: 90-100
Silver Star: 80-89
Bronze Star: 70-79
Material advice
In PERFORMING SECTION (LIVE performances), videos submitted should be available for watching online (YouTube or similar).
For the performing section, judges will only judge upon performance, not in the technical quality of the recording.
For the BEST CD SECTION, recording links to Spotify, YouTube or other free digital streaming services should be provided.
For the BEST VIDEO SECTION (creative videos), links submitted should be available for watching online (YouTube or similar).
